Most frequent questions and answers

Sipafrolic will be held at Meat Market, 3 Blackwood St, North Melbourne VIC 3051.

The Victorian Producers Licence, Liquor Licence, and appropriate VCGG signage is required to be displayed at your stall.
Certificate of Currency/Public Liability, Statement of Trade, and RSAs for all staff attending must be brought along to the event.
All documentation must be forwarded to Hidden Gems Victoria upon registration, at manager@hiddengemsvictoria.com.au.

All vendors are required to bring their own point of sale (POS) system.

Bump in/out times will be provided to you closer to the event, along with a map depicting your stall location.

You are welcome to sell a drink by the glass if your Producers Licence permits. You will need to provide your own disposable cups for any beverage sales.

Anything you produce that you are able to sell under your Producers Licence.

We want you to brand your setup however you wish.

Upon registration, we will ask you for some images, videos, and your logo. These will be used for promotional purposes on social media, website, emails, posters, etc.
We will also send you media templates that can be used for your own promotion of the event.

We will provide you with account details and an individual reference number upon registration.

Our team will endeavour to get back to you ASAP, but please allow 2-3 working days.

We will provide an order form for the hire of equipment upon request, and have it delivered to the venue.
